Overall Satisfaction with Cisco 8000 Series Routers

In our organization, We are using Cisco 8000 Series Routers at [...] as ISR4000 replacement project.

Pros

  • Throuput
  • Easy licensing
  • SDWAN

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Cisco 8000 Series Routers with easier licensing for SDWAN
  • generally they are expenses HW
I gave Cisco 8000 Series Routers this usability rating because, in my experience, the Cisco 8000 Series Routers are performing very well and stable

If asked, I think I am likely to tell a colleague that, Well, it's stable platform. Performing well even when learning full bgp (border gateway protocol) table and all the basic functionalities. Specially, guet-shell APPs.
