Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Catalyst Center

We mainly use it for assurance purposes and recently deployed plug and play automation for switches. With this feature, we no longer need to manually configure each switch and it has been time saving for us and most importantly we now have a standardisation switch template. We also use it for configuration backup which allows us to compare versions.

  • Upgrading is easy compared to other products
  • Help sessions is awesome

  • Automatically delete old back ups
  • Firmware switch upgrade has been simplified and easy
  • Able to compare configuration

Good for data assurance, good for zero touch provision and I can give access to AV technicians to certain AV switches and they can shut or not shut a particular port from the GUI.
