Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Catalyst Center

In our organization, we Built Cisco Catalyst Center for a customer and the firmware didnt work correctly. Server power outage didn't power up the server. What is good is that when opened a dac case then the support helped out really quickly. At 11 PM we got a call in 4 min.

  • Onboarding if you have the right license

  • In my experience, I think there is room for improvement in Cisco Catalyst Center with the Firmware
  • Webex Meetings
The main organizational challenge we faced as we implemented Cisco Catalyst Center for hybrid work was with the VPN (virtual private network)
