Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Catalyst Center
As a product for enterprise customers. We are using Cisco Catalyst Center mostly in the curse of Implementation of SD-Access Fabrics.
Before Version 2.3.7.X, the DNA Center as the Management and Visibility Platform for Campus Networks was working for 80% of our tasks, but it was too unstable for many customers, migrations of non-SDA to SDA deployments fail because of messed up databases in the backend.
Other Tasks like Application Visibility always fail without any solution for long time.
Since Version 2.3.7.X, the stability of the platform Cisco Catalyst Center definetly improved, very helpful additional features were implemented, like Network Device Group Tags that are synched to ISE or other Workflows that were more stable.
We still need more improvement regarding stability, but it seems like we are on a good way.

- In the course of reverse engineering of internal Cisco Catalyst Center processes, a suboptimal software design can be noticed. I think most of the instability of the platform comes from a bad software design.
- Make Administration more efficient
- Deep visibility on the network
- Automation reduced much load on IT teams
