Pros
- Just work with minimal fuss
- easy to update
Cons
- I think there is room for improvement in Cisco Catalyst Switches because I do NOT like the Catalyst 1200/1300 switches without IOS
- I think there is room for improvement in Cisco Catalyst Switches because I think We need a lower cost access switch similar to the C1000 that runs IOS-XE
- Overall quality and uptime
- We don't like the Linux-based C1200/C1300 since they require different syntax and config processes
