We are using Cisco Duo for multifactor authentication and Security.

  • The Cisco Duo app is faster than Microsoft authenticator

We use Cisco Duo in combination with yubi keys for multifactor authentication.

  • The prompts are easy to understand.
  • The authentication flow is straightforward.
  • Swapping to a new device could be streamlined from within the app itself.
Yes - The app works perfectly well. Most of the heavy lifting is done in the way DUO is configured, so the end user is simply answering prompts.

One critique would be the ability to manage swapping devices a little easier from the app, but it makes sense why that isn’t necessarily a feature.
