We used it as a multi-factor authentication (MFA) and secure access solution within organizations. It helps users sign in to email accounts, the Intranet, and VPN.

• It is expensive for a small organization. They should have a license available for small numbers as well.
• Cisco does not provide priority support for Duo. That attitude can be change.
• Admin policy complexity can be sorted and defined.

Microsoft 365, Okta, ServiceNow IT Service Management

We use Cisco Duo as the primary MFA system internally and also to protect our client's infrastructure.
