Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki Dashboard

We're an MSP and manage multiple customers via the Cisco Meraki Dashboard

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • clear analytics
  • Full stack managed in one place

Cons

  • Management of Cat switches and routers, I.e. full CLI access
  • MSP portal is extremely useful for managing multiple customers
  • It's quick to teach new staff how to use
