Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Room Series

We have 2 of these Cisco Room Series devices currently in our environment. One is for an executive conference room and the other is for a large multipurpose video conference space. This system has been helpful in these spaces by providing excellent calling quality for the users and integrates nicely with the other A/V components we require in these specific spaces.

  • New features require registration to the Cloud
  • It allows us to have better video conferencing experiences.
It had a very fast turnaround when we needed a replacement system. One of the devices was a lemon, and it was replaced very quickly, which was greatly appreciated.
The end user does use the device with the Crestron Control system driving the programming they are seeing, however, it integrates nicely with this system.

For larger conference room spaces, it has been very useful; I think it would be too much for a small room or huddle space.
