Overall Satisfaction with Cisco SD-WAN

We have implemented Cisco SD-WAN for one of our customers. Actually SD-WAN doesn't address a business problem, it reduced the overhead for the operational teams. Also, it helped the customer to use both WAN links simultaneously, leveraging the SD-WAN AAR capabilities.

Most of the Cisco SD-WAN capabilities were better than FortiGate's, especially the AAR

Cisco IOS, Cisco Firepower 4100 Series, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
It is well suited when you are using at least one cheap internet line, or even more. Then you can use efficiently both WAN links thanks to AAR.
It is not quite well suited when you are using two MPLS lines, in this case there is no cost reduction by using SD-WAN
