Overall Satisfaction with Cisco ThousandEyes
Cisco ThousandEyes provides comprehensive network and application performance monitoring, ensuring optimal digital experiences for the business. It identifies bottlenecks, outages, and connectivity issues across internal and external networks, enabling proactive problem resolution and improved business outcomes like enhanced productivity and customer satisfaction to name a few of the main benefits within using it daily. Another business problem it addresses is latency, packet losses and routing problems which all relate to Internet performance monitoring which is necessary for websites, e commerce and the end user experience too. The end to end visability of the performance across the Internet and cloud environments is very important, especially when applications are hosted in various cloud based locations and accessed by users around the world. Lastly, Thousand Eyes does an excellent job when it comes to addressing the need to identify whether the problem lies in the network, the cloud provider or a SaaS application.
