Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Desk Pro
I usually work in the office but because of Covid, I am mostly remote. I have been using Cisco Webex Desk Pro now since August 20, 2020, and have been really impressed by the quality of the product, ease of use, and software upgrades. It also helps me test other internal systems which I remotely upgrade. It has been an absolute gem! The virtual backgrounds are also quite amazing!
- I like the automatic upgrades
- I can join Webex meetings
- Video quality is excellent
- Virtual backgrounds are impressive
- Allows me to remotely test other units
- I have mine on my wifi every once in awhile I need to reboot it
- Make it easier to join Webex invites
- It has basically facilitated and allowed me to do my job remotely
- No need to go into the office for testing new software versions on other video devices
- I can also join Webex calls
It's incredibly versatile and easy to use and fabulous for home-usage.
