We can utilize our on-prem voice platform and have consistency with all our Cisco products. Having multiple platforms in the past caused difficulty in troubleshooting and support. We went for consistency, cost and ease of implementation to provide a single collaboration tool for users vs having users log into 5 different apps.
I love the use case and adoption was quick. Our customers quickly and easily learned the use of the devices and quickly saw the collaboration improve within our teams. Capabilities improved for our home office users as well for our organization to provide a better experience for remote users and efficiency for remote staff.
