Overall Satisfaction with Claritysoft
My entire company utilizes Claritysoft. We use it to manage customer contacts, accounts, and sales activity and run reports of what sales are in the pipeline and what the current activity of each rep and client is. We also use it to change accounts and leads from one rep to another and to keep track of who has what region.
- Reporting is very accurate.
- Very good at being able to filter and do global searches
- Very easy to revise information or change reps for a client
- Customer service help is very fast and reliable.
- Needs to have the ability to be able to change accounts, opportunities, leads, and contacts over to another rep without having to go into each field separately--this is extremely time-consuming.
- Would like to see each page be able to bring up more then 100 clients at a time.
- It has made it easier to see our overall sales for each sales rep.
- The only negative is that we cannot change over the account, contacts, leads, and opportunities with one ownership field. You have to do each one separate and when you are transferring 1000 clients this takes much too long to do. No reason for it.
