Overall Satisfaction with Classy
Classy provides a digital platform for the Maryland SPCA's fundraising campaigns. From large fundraising campaigns to everyday online giving, Classy provides a platform for supporters to donate to the organization and register for a number of events. We also use Classy as a POS sort of system for our Dog/Cat behavior classes (Fee associated) and our educational Storytime sessions (free). Classy helps process any fees, collects information, and provides the necessary registration lists.
- You can duplicate campaigns so you don't need to start from scratch.
- Easy reporting on a number of different items.
- Single page easy for user donation pages.
- Design ability of campaigns is limited. Cannot put videos on certain campaign pages.
- Things included in other platforms are Classy add ons (Facebook integration, Text-to-give, etc.)
- Online Giving.
- Event registration.
- Peer to peer fundraising.
- Classy is less expensive than old online giving platform (Luminate).
- Requires a third party adapter to talk to RE.
- Many things are add ons so we have not purchased them.
