Overall Satisfaction with Clay

In our organization, we use Clay for Contact enrichment and employment verification for contacts.

Pros

  • Employment Verification
  • Phone enrichment

Cons

  • Large-scale enrichment operations to CRM (without eating tons of API calls)
  • Pulling SFDC tables with SOQL queries
  • Using Clay to verify CRM contact accounts saves our BDRs time and improves their hit rate.
I gave Clay this usability rating because, in my experience, Clay is Pretty easy to use with great tutorials, but occasional bugs and unexpected behavior.
