In our organization, we use Clay for Outbound marketing, CRM (customer relationship management) updating. The business is trying to have more relevant outbound and fix there clogged crm

I gave Clay this usability rating because, in my opinion, Clay is hard to use because it’s confusing
It’s so much better jeeva was terrible to use in almost every way
