Overall Satisfaction with CodeSignal

Codesignal is used to see how valuable and effective an engineer might be, to interview candidates accordingly. It helps determine who will be getting an interview and who will not be moving on to the next round of interviews and consideration for a full-time job.
  • User interface.
  • The questions are not at all good indicators of who would be a good software engineer.
  • Time based problems.
  • Candidate filtering.
Code signal turns off engineers, compared to hakcerRank.
