Cofense Phishing Awareness

Yes, this is a must-use feature. Since implementation, we haven't had any issues with email gateways and security scanning marking campaigns as reading and skewing reports.

We use Cofense for our ongoing phishing awareness campaigns; it's a great tool to run the program. We used to run manual campaigns previously, but doing it so manually makes it fairly complicated to run reports and maintain a dashboard. Cofense is used across the organization, including the whole workforce.

The reporter feature is excellent. It does make a difference, as users are a lot more inclined to report just by clicking on an easy access button. The other must-have feature is responsive delivery, as it improves email delivery without the need to maintain whitelists.

Reports are good, but the interface could use some work to make it easier to export or use the main dashboard. We still have to maintain a separate spreadsheet, although very simple, with a high-level chart that goes to the executives. The Board report is manual and when requested takes a day or two, if automated, it would be much better.
