It is being used across the organization for survey insights. It helps provide insights to stakeholders on customer pain points.
- Creating dashboards to help self serve insights. The more self-serve options the better!
- Interacting with text analytics platforms to get smarter about the unstructured data within surveys.
- Reliable survey delivering platform where questions can be changed and manipulated somewhat intuitively (with some experience in report design).
- They are only just starting their own text analytics platform so it will probably be a bit weaker than industry standards at the start.
- Visualization can always be improved, the current capabilities are pretty bare bones at the moment.
- We have gotten complaints about surveys not working correctly before (but they are in the minority)
- Better customer service
- Faster reaction to process problems
- Improved engagement with the voice of the customer
