Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

We are using Conga CLM to implement a contracts and grants management system for our State of Texas client. We are using the various features that Conga CLM has to offer to help them make their entire contract lifecycle process much more efficient and seamless.

Pros

  • Contract Lifecycle Tracking
  • Easy configurable Wizards
  • Approval workflows

Cons

  • Hard to install packages correctly
  • Additional scope for improvement for client services
I think there is a lot of potential for revenue operations solutions. Though we haven't personally explored this too much for our use cases, it was very interesting to learn about the growth and possibilities.
