Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

I use Conga CLM for contract management, appreciating the centralized repository and automated alerts. I like the contract tree but find the AI functionality lacking. Integration plans include ServiceNow and Infor. The setup was easy with no prior product switch, and I'd rate it 8 out of 10 for recommendation.

I like how Conga CLM allows us to have all of our contracts in the same place and easily access our agreements. I appreciate the contract tree, which I find helpful, and I also like the automated event alerts.
