Pros
- I think it is good that various query templates are provided in the Word document.
Cons
- Salesforce html forms are limited in Excel templates. (like bullet points) It would be nice if this feature could be further developed.
- It is effective because it can greatly shorten the document creation time.
- The negative part doesn't really come to mind. However, it would be better if there were still improvements to the interface and features in the future.
Without Conga, creating documents, sometimes hundreds of pages, would have taken a lot of time.I feel that Conga is very convenient and helps to reduce work time.
