Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

Conga composer is very user friendly and easy to use. The templates are in word or excel which are the most frequent documents we use conga composer for. The templates are easy to modify as well. Within the composer, there are built in code for each field that we simply just need to copy and paste to our template, and then the template will be ready to use. We reply on conga composer to generate invoices and documents on a daily basis and so far the experience is great.

conga composer definitely helps us prevent human errors because the template grabs the information directly from our CRM which avoids double entries in the work flows. Without typing in the information multiple times in different locations, it absolutely helps us to create error free documents and reports environment in our work place.
The documentation process gets improves a lot after using conga composer, we used to manually type in all the data point s in the documents and invoices. And of course people make mistakes by having typo or even wrong account information for all the documents and invoices. With conga composer, it automatically grabs the information.

Conga Composer can generate documents and invoices fairly quickly and easy. Also it is easy for a new user to learn the process quickly. The templates are easy to set up and modify as well. It can be used on different objects in our system. When the loading time get a little bit longer, it might delay the process but that doesn't happen very often.
