Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

We use Conga Composer to gather data from multiple applications and automate the document creation for internal approval processes and to generate resource resumes or our proposal process.

Pros

  • Template Quality
  • Ease of use
  • Usability on the Salesforce platform

Cons

  • Template builder (currently has improvements on roadmap I believe)
  • Saved thousands of hours annually across document generation solutions
I was able to learn configuration and deployment of solutions with basic google search support.
It has allowed us to enable document generation and file storage in our CRM platform centralizing what used to be across different applications
