Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise

Connectwise is being used throughout the agency as a remote management software that solves the problem of having to travel to a site if a computer is having any issues.

Pros

  • Able to use your personalized web address to start a support session.
  • Being able to categorize unattended machines by department, location, OS etc.
  • Being able to integrate into ticket system.

Cons

  • Spiceworks plugins.
  • Being able to start or stop Windows services.
  • Server management
  • Connectwise has significantly lowered mileage expenses throughout the IT department
The price of connectwise is significantly lower and it's easier to use.
It is well suited for any company that is wide spread across a country, state, or county that has numerous devices.
