Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Manage
Our company has used ConnectWise Manage for over 5 years now. It is used to track all clients, configurations, billing, projects etc. Keeping all of this information in one central location is imperative for a tech company to efficiently and effectively manage all of its clients. ConnectWise Manage integrates with several other products as well and can be a true cloud-hosted product (or on-premise). It includes a smartphone version, web access, and a locally installed agent. It also provides a web portal for our clients so they can check on invoicing or project statuses.

- True cloud option
- Some settings can only be changed annually
- Initial setup can be time intensive and/or require professional services (at an additional cost)
- ConnectWise Manage and LabTech are one in the same, so integration is amazing
- It's very easy to add users to the system, saving time on setup and config (after the initial setup)
- Lots of products integrate with ConnectWise Manage as well
We moved away from N-Able several years ago because the product development seemed non-existent. When SolarWinds purchased the company/software is sat for multiple years with no advancements, therefore we moved to ConnectWise. We don't regret for one minute moving away from N-Able because ConnectWise continues to advance and evolve. ConnectWise has obtained other software as well (LabTech) and shows no sign of stopping.
