Overall Satisfaction with Diligent One Platform

the customer service team is very help the only issue is how often they switch around.
The City of Dallas uses the Diligent One Platform to perform internal audit and attestation. We migrated over from TeamMate to hold all of our audit documentation. We do miss having signoff for individual work papers and two linking between the work papers and the record of work performed.

Pros

  • Annotations on the work papers
  • enriched text in record of work performed
  • the completeness of the page. ie being able to do multiple functions on one page

Cons

  • Citation mode
  • running reports out of the activity center
  • linking to a specific page instead of just the document main document
  • Steamlining the audit for viewing
we don't use the risk section
