Overall Satisfaction with Diligent One Platform
we use the acl platform to create reporting through acl and robots and we use results to take action on exceptions identified
Pros
- data connectors
- integrated scheduling with Robots
- stratgically connect to many different types of data
Cons
- acl platform has not been updated in 10 years
- notify command could be improved
- sql engine is clunky compared to other sql software
- increased efficiency for a small team that outperforms larger analytics team
we have been able to control risk by being able to create reporting quickly and put on a schedule
