Overall Satisfaction with Diligent One Platform
We use it to track and monitor our audits.
Pros
- maps risks and controls
- ties time worked toward projects
- allows us to report on projects to the board and EC
- provides one place for us to document workpapers
Cons
- the new user interface makes it more difficult to switch apps
- it's pretty complicated for a simple and small org
- data anlytics
