Overall Satisfaction with Diligent One Platform

overall the onboarding experience was a success, but it was confusing at times who I needed to go actually go to for which portions of the implementation

  • user interface
  • aggregate information
  • streamline processes

Cons

  • not as user friendly or intuitive as I would like it to be
  • appears to be some overlap in functionality between modules
  • the frameworks and projects integration is confusing to use
  • we were able to save time and reduce the manual processes associated with conducting risk assessments
it is too early in our implementation efforts to know the answer to this question
