Pros and Cons

Pros

Eduson.tv provides and LMS together with a large course library. It is a big plus.
We also used the Eduson personnel assessment tool to work out competences, maps, and individual development plans for high potential employees.

Cons

The more courses that are available in the catalogue, the higher is theoverall value of the product. It would be great to see in the catalogue more courses for technicians, blue collars, and some other employee categories.

Return on Investment

Eduson.tv definitely helped us to increase employees' loyalty and retention. We received very positive feedback from the staff.
