Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

We are using Eloqua for marketing purposes: targeting, campaign management and lead scoring.
Eloqua is a very efficient and up to date software with a wide range of functions. Oracle gives a high level of support for process definition and technical issues and the high speed development of the platform bodes well for evolution and enhancement with new exciting features.
Perfect software for marketing management through automation.

Leading software on the market
Choice was first made because of well managed interactions with CRM Software (Salesforce.com).
This product was also selected because of the range of featured offered with the standard version.
Defining sales usage of leads so as to identify key data to send to CRM along with appropriate status
Simple approach to parameterization sometimes leads to poor process or to complicated ones. The key point is to well manage process before setup in Eloqua.

Using Oracle Eloqua

Very good results on campaigns, and ROI better than expected.
