Overall Satisfaction with Equatio
I tried to use Equatio forcreating worksheets, but it is frustrating. I can't change the font and I am basically inputting a picture. I tried having my students install and use equation, but i tis difficult to teach them how to use the equation editor. Not worth my time away from instruction.
Pros
- it is web based
- it does most math
Cons
- I want to change the font
- I want to change the size
- I want more editing rights
- I don't want a graphic inported into my document. I want something I can click and edit
- I don't want to pay for it
- I want good geometry symbols
- It could be good if my organization bought it for the students
- I want shortcuts for the keyboard
- I don't use it enough, I did't like it so I didn't use it
It doesn't. I think Mat Type is superior.
