Overall Satisfaction with ETO by Social Solutions
ETO is a case management and performance measurement software for non-profit organizations. At my organization, it is used across the whole organization and addresses the issue of data collection and management for our various social services programs.

My organization recently went through a process of analyzing other databases on the market. These databases include Salesforce and Apricot, another Social Solutions project. ETO is far more robust than these other products as they do not include the reporting capability that ETO has. Also, we have many years of historical data in ETO.
