Overall Satisfaction with Etracker

I used eTracker to track our development issues like bugs, fixes and re-testing.
  • Issue tracking
  • Resolving it in timely manner
  • Email notifications for deadline approaching
  • Lesser fields to populate
  • I was not involved in cost of the eTracker so really can't determine the ROI.
  • But for a project manager, I would love to use this product again.
I used JIRA which is again a issue tracker system but it is not even close to what eTracker provides.
It is very helpful for a product development company as well as a software support team.
