Overall Satisfaction with Etracker
I used eTracker to track our development issues like bugs, fixes and re-testing.
- Issue tracking
- Resolving it in timely manner
- Email notifications for deadline approaching
- Lesser fields to populate
- I was not involved in cost of the eTracker so really can't determine the ROI.
- But for a project manager, I would love to use this product again.
I used JIRA which is again a issue tracker system but it is not even close to what eTracker provides.
