The organization uses this database for tracking members, donors, and volunteers. We use it for email communication with members, and we use it to process donations from our supporters.
- Targeted Email sending on behalf of the organization.
- Tracking donor information including history and communications.
- Tracking, coordinating, sorting and communicating with volunteers.
- Help Center tutorials are long, and they don't always make it clear what the video will cover so they require lots of watching before realizing you're not in the right tutorial.
- Online Forms can be sort of tricky to figure out sometimes.
- The Email builder could use some tweaks since most of my staff don't draft email content in the program copying and pasting is a problem.
- Improved fundraising.
- Rapid community organizing growth.
- Great method to communicate fully with membership.
I'm not sure if it was an improvement, but I will say I feel like the EA access when I came on board made my goals for growing, shifting and rebuilding the organization much easier than if I had had no platform like this!
