Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction
EveryAction is at the core of our fundraising operation - CRM, donor records, gift records, gift planning, etc. We use the data we get from EveryAction to help us plan our donor visits and the next steps for each donor. I'm grateful for the reporting process, though it takes getting used to, it gives us more than we need to report out to our stakeholders, board members, and management.

EveryAction staff worked closely with our staff to make the transition to their software much easier. It took my staff contact hours to make sure we had things set up the way we wanted. EveryAction was really good at coming back with questions, and as we walked through the process...we worked out the kinks along the way. I appreciate their ongoing support.
This is an area where improvement could be made. Upon sending an inquiry, either by phone or email, it sometimes takes longer to get the help I need than it should. Rarely has it been immediate, but eventually (2-3 days) I get the help needed.
There is some improvement in the performance of staff, but honestly, we're getting better at using the software to make it work for us in a way that is more helpful.

Reporting process, data entry and receipting seemed superior.
EveryAction is well suited for any sized operation - the controls, tools, and ability to see the work of colleagues are really helpful. It makes being able to check in with colleagues simpler. Setting up the report formats you like is a little more cumbersome than I expected, but it will eventually work itself out as I get more and more accustomed to the way EveryAction works.
