Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
We utilize FloQast for many reasons. We track our monthly tasks utilizing the "Checklists" platform in FQ. We complete our monthly reconciliations that are balances synced to FQ from our ERP, and we use Flux for all period-over-period comparisons as it relates to the Balance Sheet and Income Statement. This helps us track progress and ensure we are meeting critical deadlines for financial reporting.
Pros
- Providing structure for teams to follow and complete daily tasks, including deadlines.
- Ability to pull data from ERPs for reconciliation and flux analysis purposes.
- Easily roll forward data and documents month over month.
Cons
- We run into issues sometimes with the Flux functionality when reports sometimes won't update.
- Improved team collaborations where management can track progress.
- Helped define all processes during the month, especially during month-end close.
- Streamlined Workflow to ensure pieces were completed in an orderly fashion.
