Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
FloQast helps us speed up our reconciliation process with the auto rec feature. This is very helpful with bigger accounts and saves time. Instead of matching individual transactions, FloQast does it in a matter of a minute or so (depending on the account size). I enjoy being able to sort by name and the status of my reconciliations. With being a larger company and having a lot of accounts we reconcile, this feature is one of my favorites.
- Good customer service.
- The Autorec feature does well.
- The website is user-friendly.
- If the transaction screen on autorec reflects not matching the GL.
- Faster reconciling.
- Easier to pull outstandings.
- Can see what accounts needs to be reconciled on one screen instead of looking in different software's.
Autorec is a great feature to save time on reconciling.
