Overall Satisfaction with Google VR

Good, safe stable. It's a good choice to side with solid game development tools, making it a staple for SDK, pipelines, and more tidbits related to game development. It's an easy way to test VR applications for world scenarios instead of just using them inside unity or unreal editor for example.
  • Stable

  • Easy to use
  • Documentation
  • E-mail
  • Forum support
  • Vr itself
  • World mode

  • Easy to use
  • Easy to pivot
  • Fast to prototype
Google is better in every single field. I wouldn't recommend the other options to anyone really. Price is fair, easiness of use is perfect. It's a staple software for anyone willing to develop and deploy fast, be it c/i cd or just default DevOps or anything related. Highly recommended, it's one of the best tools for fast VR testing.

Do you think Google VR delivers good value for the price?

Are you happy with Google VR's feature set?

Yes

Did Google VR live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Google VR go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Google VR again?

No

It's good, it's simple, it's the default. It works really well to simulate world uses and other sorts of applications related to pipelines in all sorts of development, be it game, art, game design, production, and more options. I wouldn't recommend it for any sort of 100% mobile game though as it's more suited to real-world apps.
