Overall Satisfaction with GPS Insight

Our service department uses GPS Insight and other managers to locate technicians during their daily travels. We can cross-check stop/start reports to approve timesheets, look at historical crumb trials of trips, and find who is closest to a priority service call. It does all this with a user-friendly interface.

  • Overlay weather radar.
  • Faster refresh rate.
  • Save on monthly cost.
  • Identities long idle time.
Fleetmatics works well, but they require a lengthy contract. Also, more than double the monthly cost. GPS Insight is cheaper to provide a better service and does precisely what we need. Their customer service has been fantastic. We had long food times when trying to get in touch with Fleetmatics.
Customer support is always responsive and extremely helpful. They pick up the phone and respond to emails promptly. They reached out to us recently to make sure we were getting the most out of the software. They walked me through how to set up some great reports.

Many times a manager is out of the office and needs to find out what job site and location a crew is. The GPS Insight iOS app is very reliable and makes this an easy task. Now and then, it will log you out of the app, but it’s not that big of a deal.
