Overall Satisfaction with Halogen Software
Our agency currently uses Halogen as our performance management program. We have quarterly and annual evaluation processes and we use daily feedback. One of the major benefits to Halogen is that it is highly customizable. While we have had to change our thinking on how to organize certain things there is very little that was not compatible with how we operate. The best change Halogen has brought around is more transparency and communication between supervisors and employees thanks to feedback.

- Being a law enforcement agency, there were some quirks concerning changing supervisors and promotion.
- An organization or agency that can develop more engaged employees will have long term employees and better performing employees. THAT is ROI!

PMP was not doing a terrible job in meeting our needs but the software could not update to remain compatible with our networks. Then once we got into Halogen there was no comparison.
