Overall Satisfaction with Halogen Software
We switched to Halogen from a paper-based system and it is currently being used across the organization. It helps us manage employee performance and greatly reduces the administrative burden on our HR team.
- I love that Halogen offers 24/7 support. I have had to call them on weekends or at odd hours in situations where we were preparing to launch a process that we had already announced to our employees and their support staff has saved me numerous times.
- Halogen is also very flexible. We have a bit of an odd system, but our implementation consultant was excellent about helping us make the system do what we wanted it to.
- Our customer account manager is very proactive and reaches out to us regularly to tell us about new options or just to see how we are doing or if we need any help with anything.
- The implementation took longer than we had expected.
- It has helped our HR team save valuable time and resources in managing the processes.
- It has also helped us better manage employee performance as we use the metrics and reporting.
