We are beginning our TBM journey with IBM Apptio to understand the total cost of ownership of our business applications.

Pros

  • Helps flow costs from P&L to tech towers
  • Provides us a view of our portfolio from a product and service view

Cons

  • More out of the box options for products
  • It allows us to share cost transparency on our application build/run
Service TCO and Application TCO are very important to understand were we have opportunities for reducing costs.
Very supportive of our team and how we can enable our business partners to have access to their information.
