Overall Satisfaction with IBM Apptio

IBM Apptio provides the transparency and self-services for our managers in our IT Department. IBM Apptio also reduce the manual works that Financial Management team have to do in their daily base. and add more Automation to our Financial reports and review.

Pros

  • Transparency
  • Simplifying the process
  • Automation

Cons

  • Alignment for the report - when the report has so many column and need to roll over, the columns are un-aligned. Wish that will be auto correct.
We are starting the Apptio Journey last year and still try to learn more.
