Overall Satisfaction with IBM Apptio

In our organization, we use IBM Apptio for Identifying cost drivers for different domains.

Pros

  • creating a comprehensive lit of IT services
  • generating reports to better understand our spend (better than a ledger)
  • Allows us to compare budget executions across the years in the same terms

Cons

  • improve ease of entry
  • market to the ceo, so CIO doesn't carry all the burden
  • Convince OMB to mandate granular financial reporting
  • Posiltive
