Overall Satisfaction with IBM Apptio
For IT cost monitoring and allocation. We have multiple overhead and internal costs that are allocated till Business service level through Apptio. The scope of our use case is 7 BU, multiple SBUs under them, along with Cost centers, Line Items, and then TBS codes. The Application is used by BU heads and other users mostly for cost monitoring.

Currently all the budgeting and forecasting is done on at third party application. But the feature most important for us is Modelling and data allocation at the grass root granularity. We use features like data ingestion for modelling and then reporting of the data along with the analysis of the same.
