For Application TCO and Line of business allocation. We leverage planning cloud ability and cost transparency to identify consumption across our companies to be able to allocation actual IT spend as well as plan and forecast.

They are very slow to respond and very challenging to get support unless you’re escalating the issue you will get no support even if you wait 6 to 8 hours
