It solves CRM issues; it helps with organizing the company corporate existence. It merges data management of Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales etc. enabling easier decision making by stakeholders.

  • There should be more option for cloud deployment most especially in hybrid options

As I said earlier IBM provision interface is very user friendly and navigation is smooth. There is smooth of flow ion Data representations. But there is room for improvement in hybrid services and latency
